Recruitment Consultant - Experienced

Working in the FM and Maintenance sector, covering Devon, Somerset and Cornwall, recruiting both white and blue collar staff.

About the Role

RG Setsquare is hiring a 360 Permanent Recruitment Consultant - FM & Maintenance in Exeter. We are looking for a confident, results-driven recruiter to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk, working within a high-demand sector with huge growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process - from winning new business to placing top-tier candidates in permanent FM & Maintenance roles
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the South West and beyond
• Developing your own desk with full autonomy and the backing of an experienced, supportive team
• Sourcing, screening and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey

Requirements

• 360 recruitment experience (FM & Maintenance experience is a bonus, but not essential)
• A proactive, self-motivated approach to business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A team player with ambition, resilience, and drive to succeed
