Are you a self-sufficient, results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant looking for your next opportunity? RG Setsquare is expanding our team in Sussex and are on the lookout for a proven recruiter with experience in Facilities Management or Maintenance recruitment to hit the ground running.

Location: Haywards Heath/Brighton/Eastbourne – Open to hybrid and flexible on location.
Start Date: Immediate.
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Competitive base salary + commission structure.

Must-have experience

• Proven 360 recruitment background (minimum 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of the FM / Maintenance sector.
• Ability to build and manage your own desk.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
