Luminis Workforce Solutions is a specialist recruitment consultancy placing senior construction professionals into some of the most complex, high-stakes projects in the world: hyperscale data centers, power infrastructure, semiconductor plants. The buildings that keep the internet running, the grid stable, and the next generation of technology online. We're looking for our next Associate Consultant to join us at the ground floor of a business that's moving fast, and we mean fast. Eight months in, we're already working with some of the biggest names in US data center construction. This isn't a seat on a slow-moving team. It's a front-row view of how a business gets built, and the chance to build your career at the same speed.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Sourcing and engaging senior construction talent, Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, for live, mission-critical projects
• Speaking directly with decision-makers, learning how to read a market, and how to spot opportunity before anyone else does
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from first conversation through to placement
• Learning a specialist industry inside out, fast, from people who already know it cold
