Overview

My client is a leading legal search and recruitment firm focusing on Transport and Energy law. They recruit for both in-house and private-practice roles in these specialist areas.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a candidate network for Transport and Energy law roles across in-house and private practice.
  • Source, screen and present candidates ranging from newly qualified lawyers to partners.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate negotiation and placement activities.
  • Assist with market mapping and business development within the Transport and Energy sectors.
Qualifications
  • 18 months experience in any professional sector.
  • Driven, ambitious, degree educated, and polished with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with candidates earning £100k+.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, specialist recruitment environment and to develop expertise in Transport and Energy law.
