As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the Permanent Data Centres market, you’ll build the technical knowledge and market insight to spot, open, and grow new opportunities — all within an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing environment.

We’re looking for a driven, competitive, and money-motivated individual to join our successful Energy team, taking ownership of the growing Data Centres desk. This is an exciting time to get involved, as demand for talent continues to surge across the UK, Ireland, and Europe — with opportunities extending into the Middle East and the US.

In this role, you’ll focus on recruiting permanent roles such as Design Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Planners, and H&S professionals. You’ll develop “your desk” into a hub of activity, spending your time connecting with high-quality candidates, managing interviews, building lasting client relationships, and working closely with hiring managers to deliver excellent service. Alongside recruitment, you’ll engage in sales, business development, and networking — the building blocks of a successful desk.
