We are seeking billing 360 recruiters within the temp education market to join central Essex offices. You’ll be working on temporary roles, collaborating with managers and teams leading the field and partnering with some of the biggest names in the recruitment market.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a 360 recruitment consultant focusing on temporary education placements (Primary, Secondary, SEN).
• Develop and manage relationships with school managers and teams to source and place candidates.
• Work from central Essex offices and contribute to high-volume, fast-paced temp recruitment for education.
• Maximise billings and contribute to a high-performing team with best-in-class recruiters.

Remuneration
