The Thrive Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Shepton Mallet. You will develop new business with clients, manage candidates, and write compelling adverts to attract quality applicants.

Working in a fast-paced desk, you’ll build relationships, deliver excellent service, and hit targets. A competitive salary, strong commission and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in recruitment or client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of stakeholders.
• Ability to identify client and candidate opportunities in a fast-moving market.
• Proven ability to manage clients and candidates under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with clients via phone or face-to-face meetings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and nurture client relationships.
• Advertise roles and search CV databases to attract quality applicants.
• Conduct interviews and keep candidates informed about opportunities.
• Proactively match candidates to client needs and roles.
• Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records.
