The Role

As an experienced Recruiter, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our teams to help find, attract, and build relationships with construction and civils clients & operatives in support of our local, regional and national clientele.

The opportunity is an ideal platform for someone looking to take the next step in their career in recruitment within the construction and civils industry, and will be supported with full training and on-going mentoring.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Proactively sourcing construction candidates for roles
  • After training posting job adverts across job boards & social platforms
  • Screening and qualifying applicants via phone and in-person
  • Managing and maintaining the candidate database and keeping records up to date
  • Arranging interviews, coordinating start dates, and supporting compliance checks (e.g. CSCS/NPORS/CPCS Rights to work and other accreditations)
  • Working closely with clients and other internal recruiters to understand future requirements and demands
  • Delivering an excellent client and candidate experience and maintaining strong relationships with said clients and operatives.
  • Building a pipeline of reliable bank of qualified personnel ready for upcoming work
