Responsibilities
  • Working with household names such as Honda, RAC, Abbott Labs and more.
  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of business support clients and candidates.
  • Source, screen and place top candidates into roles such as Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and Receptionists – roles that are the backbone of businesses.
  • Build strong, strategic relationships through business development and networking.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on hiring trends and career development.
  • Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team and work towards clear targets and KPIs.
  • Leverage Michael Page's extensive market insights and resources to enhance your recruitment success.
The Successful Applicant
  • 12+ months experience within either recruitment (360 consultant) or an SDR role, with strong sales and business acumen, confident in Business Development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commercial mindset.
  • Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success and earning potential.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A proactive, team-player attitude with a competitive edge.
