Recruitment Consultant – AHP/HSS

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a growing AHP/HSS division.

This role offers the chance to specialise in any AHP or HSS discipline whether that’s Radiography, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or Speech and Language Therapy with full autonomy to grow your desk and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process across temporary or permanent placements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts, private hospitals, and community services.
  • Source, screen, and place qualified AHP/HSS professionals.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities within your chosen specialty.
  • Ensure all compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within AHP, HSS, or healthcare recruitment.
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills.
