Overview

Recruitment Consultant – Industrial or Commercial (360) based in Newport, Gwent. Salary is dependent on experience. Hours: Mon to Fri, 40 hours weekly.

Regis Recruitment is independent with a 23 year track record in South Wales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a minimum standard of qualified sales bookings and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Retain and expand the existing customer base; take ownership of client requirements.
• Proactively approach clients with no geographic or client-type restrictions.
• Convert sales calls to bookings within the required timeframe.

Requirements

• Essential: Must have a minimum of 1 year recruitment experience.
• Essential: Must have a 360 mind set.
• Essential: Able to prove a previous successful track record.
• Essential: Capable of dealing with clients at all levels confidently.
• Essential: Must be able to prove customer conversion.
• Essential: Must be able to convert sales calls to bookings within 4 weeks of start.
