BMR Solutions Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing top talent, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

No prior recruitment experience is required, just drive, ambition and a willingness to learn. The successful candidate will develop their own desk, engage with a variety of clients, and work towards ambitious targets while enjoying comprehensive training and career

BMR Solutions is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bristol.

We’re an established Engineering & Technical recruitment business, and we’re looking for someone ambitious, competitive and motivated who wants to build a successful career with us.

Recruitment experience isn’t essential.

You might already be working in recruitment, have a background in sales or customer service, or simply be looking for an opportunity where your personality, work ethic and ambition can determine how successful you become.

What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll develop your own desk and build relationships with both candidates and clients. Your role will include:

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Sourcing and engaging with candidates
• Advertising vacancies and searching CV databases
• Interviewing and qualifying candidates
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Developing new business and identifying opportunities with prospective clients
• Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Working towards individual and team targets
