Overview

Our client is looking for an ambitious dynamic Industrial Recruitment Consultant who is looking to join a flourishing recruitment agency based at their busy Walsall office. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and confident recruitment professional to join our client in an exciting period of growth.

The main aspects of the role are to deliver an exceptional recruitment service to their clients and temporary industrial workers alongside securing new business and company objectives. You will be developing long‑term working relationships with clients and industrial workers at all levels to secure ongoing revenues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying, interviewing and registering potential industrial temporary workers
  • Developing the company brand and recruitment services
  • Generation of sales leads from all candidate registrations
  • Organising conducting inductions at clients premises
  • Fulfilling client bookings with suitably registered and referenced candidates
  • Prioritise diary and workload in order to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring weekly and monthly KPI's and gross margin targets are met
  • Cold calling and using social media platforms to develop new business
Candidate Profiles

As an accomplished Industrial Recruitment Consultant you will need:

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment consultant experience preferably within the industrial sector, but other sectors experience would be considered
  • Proven track record in developing new business and growing revenue streams
  • Effective account management and securing client's requirements
  • Demonstrate your ability to deliver first class customer service
  • Ability to remain calm working under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ambition, self‑motivation, initiative, determination and commitment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial budgets
