Job description
Overview

The Staffing Network is a National Temporary and Permanent Labour Provider. We operate from a number of sites across the UK and we have been trading since 2015. We hold a GLAA licence and are REC and ALP Members.

Due to growth, we are looking to add to our existing team in our Central Hub Office based in Stone Cross West Bromwich. This is a High Street Shop Front location, with ample on street parking.

We want to grow our team across the UK, so The Staffing Network Limited would like to speak with experienced Recruitment Consultants anywhere in the UK. Our hubs are in Yorkshire, The Midlands and Lincolnshire so ideally near these, but anywhere is fine. We are only looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants at the moment so if you haven\'t done this before, or don\'t know what it is, please do not apply.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process: from building a client relationship to placing candidates and billing.
  • Follow a client through from start to finish with 360 sales and service experience as a requirement.
  • Work across Driving, Industrial, Commercial and GLAA sectors as applicable.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to work hours based around a 9–5 day, with a Friday early finish, and a focus on delivering results (billing).
  • Operate within a high-street branch recruitment environment and contribute to team targets.

Location and Application
