Academics Tunbridge Wells is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join our education recruitment team. You will build strong relationships with schools across Kent and East Sussex and connect talented teachers and support staff with rewarding opportunities.

You can be experienced or new to recruitment. You’ll run end-to-end processes, grow your candidate and client network, and help schools find people who inspire the next generation.
