• Visit clients to promote Avenue Scotland and gain market knowledge.
• Represent Avenue Scotland at exhibitions and various functions.
• Adhere to key performance indicators on a weekly basis.
• Plan daily activities focusing on prospecting new opportunities.
• Accurately record and administer vacancy-related information.
• Respond to candidate and client requests in a timely manner.
• Prepare performance review figures as needed.
• Collaborate on business strategies with the recruitment team.

Recruitment Consultant | Dunfermline | ££OTE 60k per annum

The Role

• Manage and develop existing accounts through sourcing candidates in relation to client's expectations and requirements.
• Actively seek and exploit new business opportunities through a variety of Sales & marketing initiatives.
• Visit potential and existing clients regularly to gain market knowledge and promote Avenue Scotland in a professional manner while developing business relationships.
• Attend and represent Avenue Scotland at various functions including exhibitions, shows, conferences, hospitality events.
• Adhere to a weekly agreed level of key performance indicators.
• Commit to planning on a daily basis paying particular interest to the on-going prospecting of new business opportunities.
• Adhere to all procedures relating to the registration and administration of vacancies, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded accurately.
• Respond to client and candidate requests courteously within the necessary time frame.
• Collate and present performance review figures when requested.
• Contribute ideas to the business strategy and work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Trainee Consultants.
