Our client is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant (2-3 years' experience) to join their Manchester office and play a key role in delivering high-quality recruitment services into a very warm client base. This is a 180 role - focused on service delivery and resourcing rather than new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the full recruitment process from taking job briefs to placing candidates
  • Resourcing, screening and matching candidates to client requirements
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
  • Delivering into a warm desk with repeat business and a growing job flow
