We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us. As a Recruitment Consultant at Line Up Aviation, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle, build strong client relationships, and guide candidates in their careers. It's a fast‑paced, target‑driven role perfect for a motivated professional ready to make an impact in aviation and aerospace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placement.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Identify and attract high‑calibre candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct headhunting.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to ensure suitability for roles.
  • Negotiate job offers, contracts, and terms with clients and candidates.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience in recruitment (aviation, aerospace, or engineering sectors advantageous but not essential).
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, target‑driven, and motivated by success.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • IT literate with experience using recruitment CRM systems.
