About the Role

365 People are recruiting for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to take ownership of an established, warm desk specialising in warehouse, manufacturing, and production staffing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take full control of their market — developing existing accounts and delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow an established industrial temp desk.
  • Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates across roles such as warehouse operatives, FLT drivers, assemblers, and production staff.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients — identifying opportunities for account growth and cross‑selling.
  • Maintain full compliance across all placements, including RTW, H&S, inductions, and shift management.
  • Monitor performance, manage forecasts, and work to achieve GP and placement targets.
  • Participate in the on‑call rota as part of our commitment to 24/7 client support.
About You
  • Proven experience within industrial or high‑volume temporary recruitment.
  • A proactive, friendly person who enjoys building long‑term client partnerships.
  • Highly organised, commercially aware, and able to manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong understanding of industrial operations — shift structures, productivity targets, and workforce planning.
  • A confident communicator with a team‑focused attitude and a drive to deliver results.
