The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment experience or a strong sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — building relationships with clients, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job brief to placement.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple channels.
  • Write and post engaging job adverts to attract top talent.
  • Negotiate rates, terms, and offers between clients and candidates.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using the company CRM system.
About You
  • Previous experience in recruitment or B2B sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven and motivated by success.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
