360 Recruiter – Interaction Recruitment (Letchworth)

Location : Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire

Salary : Competitive + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Hours : Full-time, Monday to Friday

The Role

As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering outstanding service. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your success is rewarded with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and win new client opportunities through proactive sales and networking.
  • Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
  • Screening & Interviews: Assess candidate suitability and manage the interview process.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding: Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure all placements meet legal and company standards.
