About the Role

As an Early Years Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with nurseries, pre-schools, and early years providers.
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates in rewarding roles.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle with professionalism and care.
  • Meeting targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

  • Experience in recruitment (education sector preferred but not essential).
  • Ideally have some early years knowledge.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
