What You'll Do
  • Support end-to-end recruitment - posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment records are accurate and up to date
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and management team, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing calendars
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth start to their journey
  • Support general office administration tasks as needed
