What you'll be doing
  • Hitting personal sales targets while developing a strong network and talent pool.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist area.
  • Managing the full recruitment process - from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
  • Delivering best-in-class customer service to ensure repeat business.
  • Regularly marketing candidates and services to prospective clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records on our CRM and tracking KPI performance.
