Hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM

First Call Talent Solutions , the permanent recruitment division of First Call Contract Services , is growing and we're looking for a driven, forward-thinking Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our state‑of‑the‑art HQ in Takeley.

If you're a confident closer, passionate about building client relationships, and unafraid to pick up the phone, this is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑potential division with strong backing and big growth plans.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities
  • Managing and developing client relationships, including leads from First Call's national network
  • Collaborating with our branch network to maximise coverage and revenue
  • Running the full 360 recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to closing placements
  • Taking full ownership of your desk - this is your business to grow
