About Juniper Horizons Ltd:

Juniper Horizons Ltd is a growing recruitment business focused on delivering high-quality talent solutions. We are expanding our sales team and are looking for experienced recruitment consultants who can generate new clients from day one.

Location & Compensation

Location: Remote (England-based). Job Type: Full-time. Salary: £25,000 per annum + Commission + quarterly bonus. Experience: 2–3 years (minimum).

Role Overview

This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong focus on business development and sales. You will be responsible for winning new clients, managing the full recruitment cycle, and closing placements. This role is not entry-level. We are looking for someone who already knows recruitment sales and can perform independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and referrals.
  • Sell recruitment services and close job briefs.
  • Manage full 360 recruitment cycle (client + candidate).
  • Source, screen, and submit candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and close placements.
  • Maintain accurate records using Excel and email.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
  • Proven sales / business development record in recruitment.
  • Experience in 360 recruitment.
  • Experience in target based job.
  • Confident with cold calling and client acquisition.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Comfortable doing face to face visit with clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and revenue-focused mindset.
Working Hours
  • Full-time: 42 hours per week.
  • Monday to Friday.
  • Should have their own laptop.
What We Expect
