Job summary

SmithCorp is recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in the UK. Based in Bristol, you will learn the full recruitment process, working with schools, colleges and training providers across the UK.

You will be trained to source candidates, interview them, and match them to roles while building strong client relationships. You dont need prior recruitment experience; the role emphasises attitude, ambition, and a long-term career path.
