About the Founders
  • Ollie – Former Bain & Company executive recruiter, led Technology & Data hiring across the US and Europe.
  • Jack – Built and scaled one of the largest executive search firms in this space in the US.

Together, we’ve hired and trained 40+ recruiters and search professionals, many of whom now earn £500K+ and run their own firms.

The Opportunity

This is a founding role - you’ll help shape the culture, systems, and success of Luck & Leverage from day one.

  • Work directly with the founders on retained executive searches for US-based VC & PE clients
  • Access an established client network – no cold start
  • Earn £10K+ per deal with a clear equity and leadership pathway
  • Learn the full end-to-end retained search process
  • Hybrid setup – 3 days in office (Shaldon) with flexibility as the team grows

  • Proven drive in sales, recruiting, or consulting (open to high performers from other backgrounds)
  • Desire to reach £250K+ earnings within 3 years
  • Exceptional communication and intellectual sharpness – you’ll engage with candidates earning $1M+
  • Willingness to go the extra mile for clients and continuous learning
  • Entrepreneurial ambition – you want to build, not just bill
