Are you a Recruitment Consultant with experience of running a perms desk ready to take your career to the next level? East Bridge Recruitment is expanding! We re launching a brand-new Permanent Staffing Division to complement our established success within the temporary recruitment sector and we re looking for a talented consultant to lead the way.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop your own perms desk, working with a strong portfolio of existing clients while also driving new business growth.

This is a 100% office-based role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience managing a busy permanent recruitment desk
• Proven track record in business development and successful permanent placements
• Strong understanding of industry job boards and sourcing strategies
• Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
• Target-driven, ambitious, and motivated to exceed expectations
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
