Recruitment Consultant - Engineering & Construction Sectors

Are you a people-person with a passion for matching the right talent to the right roles? We're looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our friendly and fast-paced team. Join a well-established company formed in 2016 based just off the M4 / M25.

We work with a wide range of clients across the Engineering, Construction, and Automated Warehousing industries, placing skilled professionals such as Electricians, Mechanical Fitters, Project Managers, and various other Engineers into both temporary and permanent positions.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and placing qualified engineers into work.
  • Posting job adverts and managing responses.
  • Updating and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Generating new business through proactive outreach and client engagement.
  • Providing feedback to both clients and candidates to improve service and performance.
Key responsibilities
  • Constantly researching to identify new candidates, sectors, and business opportunities.
  • Developing long-term relationships with a pool of specialist candidates.
  • Making regular sales and canvassing calls to generate leads.
  • Negotiating competitive rates for both temporary and permanent roles.

  • Offering career advice and CV guidance to help candidates succeed.
