• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 16:30
• Salary: £28,000 £30,000 per year + 10% commission from day one

Are you a driven, people-focused professional with experience in transport or logistics recruitment? Were looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Colchester, specializing in the recruitment of HGV drivers (Class 1, Class 2, etc.).

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy and rewarding desk, placing skilled HGV drivers into temporary and permanent roles across the region.

What youll be doing:

• Managing a 360 recruitment desk focused on HGV driver placements
• Sourcing, screening, and registering compliant HGV drivers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Meeting client staffing needs efficiently and professionally
• Ensuring all drivers meet legal and regulatory compliance (DVLA, CPC, etc.)
• Working towards KPIs with uncapped earning potential from day one
