360 Recruitment Consultant - White-Collar Construction

Up to £40,000 base + uncapped commission

The Role

You'll be managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing top-tier professionals to building long-term client partnerships. Focused on white-collar construction roles such as project managers, quantity surveyors, estimators, site managers, and more, this is a chance to step into a high-demand sector with strong earning potential and real career progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Deliver tailored recruitment solutions across permanent and/or freelance white-collar roles
  • Build and maintain strong candidate and client relationships
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process with autonomy and accountability
  • Work toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets in a collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a 360 recruitment consultant (ideally in construction, property, or technical markets)
  • Confident business development skills and consultative approach
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute
  • London-based or able to commute
