Are you an experienced recruiter who wants to jump on an already established desk with a strong client base and become the new face of one of our Liverpool Specialist Accountancy and Financedesk? Based across the region you will be experienced in delivering excellent customer service and able to manage multiple tasks at any one time as this desk is busy and will keep you on your toes!

We are now recruiting to grow our Liverpool team and add to the knowledgeable, talented, driven and lively team already in situ!

Our new city centre office is ready and waiting to greet you, we are currently experiencing levels of busy rarely seen before and wining new clients almost weekly….What a great time to join!

Responsibilities
  • Attracting and placing talented individuals into local businesses and organisations
  • Forging excellent relationships and developing business with commercial organisations in your area
  • Writing adverts to attract candidates
  • Interviewing candidates for roles on behalf of the client’s
  • Dealing with clients both over the phone and via email
  • Identifying potential clients to help grow your desk
  • Marketing / Business development plans to help win business and grow your desk
  • Building relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Experience / Qualifications
  • Strong phone/ email based customer service skills
  • Account management skills would be a huge benefit
  • The ability to sell and identify opportunities to grow your business
  • The ability to juggle equally important tasks and prioritise them
  • A well organised and structured approach to your work
  • Good administration skills and familiar with full MS Office suite
