What’s on offer?

• Un-capped commission £200k Billings = £74,500 Total Salary (£25,000 base)
• Industry-leading commission structure. 25% for juniors and 30% seniors from day one. 50% on all billings > 500k.
• Average deal size £20,000–25,000 per placement with experienced consultants making multiple deals per month.

What will you be doing?

• 360 recruitment role responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process
• Being part of a team as we grow and impact the culture of the company
• Earning Industry Leading Salaries and Commissions through hitting personal targets
• Building and Developing relationships with New and Existing Global Clients across a wide variety of industries
• Creating Talent Pools and Shortlists of Candidates to introduce to your generated vacancies
• Managing and Influencing your Pipeline through interview and client management techniques
