We're expanding our Canterbury office and are looking for a driven, confident Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Whether you're already working in Education recruitment, or come from a high-volume temp background (like Industrial, Catering or Construction), we'd love to hear from you - we offer full cross-sector training.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing strong relationships with new and existing schools
  • Sourcing, interviewing, and placing education professionals
  • Writing job adverts and managing candidate pipelines
  • Arranging interviews and managing placements
  • Negotiating contracts and delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
What we're looking for
  • Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (education sector experience is a bonus, but not essential)
  • Great relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
