Your Purpose

To support our clients in identifying, attracting, and communicating top talent for their most critical requirements, consulting both parties to ensure seamless process management and purposeful and passionate delivery.

Duties
  • Developing new business client relationships via different methods such as cold calling, booking calls, and sending prospective candidates.
  • Entering job applicants CVs and contact details as well as clients\' into our company database for future reference
  • Establishing a strong network of candidates within your niche market space
  • Sourcing and/or head-hunting candidates for recruitment vacancies
  • Achieving recruitment sales targets and working to deadlines to achieve set sales objectives
  • Managing the candidate experience through the recruitment process; from selling the opportunity through to the offer stage
  • Producing and posting job adverts to help attract relevant candidates
  • Producing and posting LinkedIn content to help establish your personal and ARTO’s Brand
