Are you an experienced M&E Recruitment Consultant ready to take your career up a level? This is a rare opportunity to join a thriving recruitment team specialising in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering roles across blue-collar contract markets.

We're looking for a consultant with proven experience in M&E recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build strong candidate and client relationships, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential.

The Opportunity

You'll be managing end-to-end recruitment within M&E engineering contracts, supplying skilled tradespeople to some of the UKs most in-demand sectors. Typical roles youll cover include:

Site Welders (MMA / FCAW / TIG)

Installation / Approved Electricians

Electrical Improvers

Mechanical Fitters

Electrical & Mechanical Mates

Proven success in M&E recruitment ideally with 360 consultant experience

Strong relationship management skills with both candidates and clients

A consultative approach and ability to deliver against demanding projects
