What You’ll Be Doing

In this 360° recruitment consultant role, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle with ownership over your desk and the support to scale it. You will:

• Manage existing client relationships and develop new business
• Source and qualify high-calibre candidates
• Guide clients and candidates through the full hiring process
• Build and maintain a profitable desk with autonomy
• Collaborate with an experienced, ambitious team
• Leverage our strong brand presence and tools to grow your market

What We’re Looking For

We’re after recruitment consultants with 1+ year of 360 experience (any sector) who are:

• Driven by results and motivated by commission
• Confident communicators with strong commercial awareness
• Capable of managing both client and candidate relationships
• Eager to step into a business with real growth opportunities
• Looking for a company that rewards performance and supports progress

Construction recruitment consultant experience is a bonus, but not essential.
