Siamo Recruitment, a division of Siamo Group, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Bridgwater to join our expanding team. You will manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, work toward targets, and develop into a Senior Consultant.

The role offers a negotiable salary with an uncapped, market-leading commission structure (OTE) and a training programme backed by an Ofsted-approved training company; benefits include pension, life cover, extra holidays, and company events.

Job title: Recruitment Consultant - Bridgwater

Salary neg dependant on experience- Unlimited OTE with uncapped market leading commission structure

The future looks very exciting, and so we are expanding our network and looking to employ a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in Bridgwater.

We are looking for a minimum of a year’s recruitment experience, all sectors considered, temporary or permanent
