The Role

We're seeking an ambitious, driven BDM / Recruitment Consultant to grow WYNEX's presence within FM and Construction temporary labour markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on temporary labour recruitment, loves building client relationships, and wants a fast-moving, high-impact role. Fully remote working allows flexibility — work from anywhere in the UK while driving growth and building your client and candidate network.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new and existing client relationships in FM and Construction
  • Source, qualify, and place temporary labour operatives (trades, civils, FM, site staff, etc.)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for temp placements
  • Maintain excellent communication with both clients and candidates
  • Work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy and expand the business
  • Drive business growth through proactive networking, lead generation, and account management
