Recruitment Consultant - Monarch Education - Birmingham - SEN Education desk

Monarch Education are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Birmingham, to work within our central office location on Temple Row. The role & benefits as an SEN Recruitment Consultant at Monarch Education:

  • Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience) and commission
  • Hours: 7.30-5.30 (Term Time), 9.00-4.00/9.00-2.00 (School Holidays)
  • Your birthday off in addition to your annual leave entitlement

Role responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SEN education-based roles in Pupil Referral Units and Complex Needs Schools
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing warm clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively particularly for SEN TA's
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for SEN education positions through various sourcing methods
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions
What are we looking for
  • A minimum of 12 months experience operating in a full 360 capacity
  • The ability to implement effective candidate attraction strategies
  • Experience of client engagement and retention, to secure new contracts and school users
  • A confident and strong communicator who is a target driven and goal orientated
  • The desire to genuinely want an opportunity to further enhance their career in recruitment with a well-established and reputable brand
  • A bubbly and outgoing individual who is able to build trust with customers
  • Knowledge of the SEN sector is preferable but not essential
  • Full Driving License
