What You'll Be Doing

• Business development with US-based clients
• Recruiting top-tier contract tech talent (short/medium-term roles)
• Owning fast-moving roles from brief to offer
• Building out your contractor network & re-deployment strategy
• Collaborating with marketing to run lead campaigns
