Job Title: Recruitment Consultant

Location: Banbury • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

New Recruits is an independently owned recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality temporary and permanent staffing solutions across multiple sectors. Due to continued growth, we are expanding our Banbury branch and seeking a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking to build a successful career in recruitment.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Generating new business through sales calls, networking, and client meetings
  • Attending client visits to build and maintain strong working relationships
  • Attracting and sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Conducting candidate registrations, interviews, and assessments
  • Performing on-site check-ins and ongoing support for temporary workers
  • Managing client requirements from brief to placement with professionalism and urgency
What We\'re Looking For
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a call centre environment is highly desirable
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work to KPIs and sales targets
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • A professional approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A full UK driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role (client visits, check-ins, etc.)
