Job summary

A leading therapeutic service provider in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a Recruitment Compliance Administrator. The role involves managing compliance processes, collecting candidate documentation, and ensuring adherence to policies. Applicants should have previous compliance experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and be proficient in Word and Excel. This position supports the Compliance Manager in facilitating a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Full training will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Previous compliance administration experience is required.
  • Must be highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of Word and Excel is necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work calmly under pressure is needed.

Responsibilities

  • Support compliance processes by ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Collect and process documentation for new candidates.
  • Request and record employment references and process Enhanced DBS checks.
  • Produce offer letters and contracts for new hires.
  • Liaise with management to arrange onboarding.
