Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Recruiter Co-Ordinator to join our collaborative team at our Head Office in Uxbridge, London, to support the recruitment for our teams across Delaware North’s UK sites. Working in these buzzing atmospheres, you never have a dull day on the job. As HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting casual team members for our stadiums in London, Derby, and Sunderland, while supporting the team with direct sourcing for our permanent positions. What will you do?
  • Lead the recruitment drive for casual team members across all our UK stadiums
  • Assist the talent acquisition team with direct sourcing for part-time and full-time roles throughout all UK sites
  • Liaise with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Hiring Managers, and the People Team at each stadium to establish team member needs
  • Support collaboration with the Innovation Center to ensure appropriate advertisements are created for prioritised roles
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal procedures to maintain consistency with Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
