Empowering Learning is seeking a motivated and organised Recruitment & Candidate Attraction Consultant to join our growing Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or aspiring Recruitment Consultant looking to build a rewarding career within education recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, attract, and register high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Support compliance and safeguarding checks to ensure all candidates meet vetting requirements.
  • Provide excellent communication and candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants to help fill vacancies efficiently and professionally.
Skills & Attributes Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confidence using IT systems and social media platforms.
