Based at our Head Office in Darlington, we are seeking a sharp, dedicated, passionate and money-hungry Business Development Manager to seek out new business opportunities. We are looking for a seasoned and consultative sales professional who clearly understands the approach to winning business primarily within the SME sector and permanent recruitment.

You will receive a basic salary of up to £23,000 (dependent upon experience) plus commission topping you up to an OTE ofover £50,000as well as additional amazing incentives. Commission to be earned straight away with further financial incentives in place to build a future pipeline. Where you'll be working :

You will beoperating from our office in Darlington. We are building afantastic reputation as we always go beyond the average recruitment remit, providing a bespoke service that puts our clients and candidates first, leading to lots of referrals and repeat business.

What you'll be doing :

This role has a huge focus on ‘new business’ revenues in multiple permanent sectors and building a strong relationship with excellent communication skills - both verbal and written within your geographical area. As a Business Development Manager, you will be a cold calling decision maker at all levels from Managers to Human Resources & Directors therefore, recruitment and B2B sales is preferred with a strong track record.Most importantly you must be highly driven, motivated, ambitious and excited.
