A leading healthcare organization in Wigan is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to provide vital administrative support within the Recruitment Team. We have a great opportunity within our in house Recruitment Teams. The Recruitment Assistant will work as part of the Recruitment Team and wider Peoples Service Team, providing administrative support to Agenda for Change recruitment processes across the organisation. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a vital role in the recruitment process, helping us to engage, and onboard the best candidates for various roles across the Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in Human Resources within the healthcare sector.
We are a supportive and forward-thinking recruitment team, committed to delivering a high-quality recruitment and onboarding service to candidates and hiring managers in a busy and demanding environment. You should possess excellent computer skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word & MS Teams; be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills; the ability to complete tasks & show attention to detail. You will have a positive can-do attitude with a desire for problem solving and will be proud of the service that you deliver. Previous recruitment experience is not required as we offer training and offer hybrid working once the training period is completed successfully.
