A growing recruitment firm in Hastings is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join their fast-paced HR department. The right candidate will provide recruitment support, manage candidate relationships, and assist with onboarding and training processes. Prior experience in recruitment or relevant administration skills is preferred. The position offers a yearly salary of £24,426 with a mix of office and home working, aiming for someone who is proactive and detail-oriented.

To create a talent pool of candidates and enable the selection of the best applicants for the organisation and to assist the business, mainly the HR Department, in an accurate, timely, efficient and professional manner, consistent with defined business targets and objectives.

(Experience in recruitment or administration is preferred, but applicants with demonstrated transferrable skills are welcome to apply)
Holidays: 20 days plus 8 Bank Holidays
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid approach with a blend of office and working from home
Salary: £24,426.00 per annum plus commission (payable after 6 months)
Contract: Fulltime, 37.5 hours per week. 6 month fixed‑term contract, but for the right person will lead to a permanent role.
