This is a varied and influential role with responsibility for coordinating recruitment, workforce planning and resource allocation across a busy academic environment. Working closely with research leaders, principal investigators and professional services teams, you will help ensure that projects have the people, skills and capacity needed to succeed.
You will oversee recruitment activity from initial workforce planning through to appointment and onboarding. You will also monitor staffing requirements across multiple research projects, identify resource gaps and help managers make effective use of available capacity.

You will be an organised and confident recruitment or resource-management professional who can build effective relationships with senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
